Anime4KWall respects intellectual property rights. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
1. File a DMCA notice
Email support@anime4kwall.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include:
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on Anime4KWall where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Our process
Upon receiving a complete notice we will review promptly, may remove or disable access to the material, and may notify the user who posted or requested it where applicable. Repeat infringers may lose access.
3. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, email a counter-notice to support@anime4kwall.com including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate court, and your signature.
4. Report other issues
For non-copyright concerns (spam, abuse, privacy), use Report content or the Help Center.
