1. The service
Anime4KWall offers anime wallpaper browsing, downloads, live/animated wallpapers, collections, blog content, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Accounts & Premium
You are responsible for credentials you use. Premium / subscriptions purchased via Apple or Google are subject to their store terms and billing. Refunds follow the store’s policies.
3. Acceptable use
- Use wallpapers for personal, non-commercial device backgrounds unless we state otherwise for a specific asset.
- Do not scrape, mass-download, mirror, or resell our catalog or API without written permission.
- Do not upload malware, spam, or content that infringes rights or violates law.
- Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or security controls.
4. Intellectual property
Site design, software, trademarks, and original editorial content belong to Anime4KWall or its licensors. Anime characters and artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. We provide fan-oriented wallpapers for personal use; we do not claim ownership of third-party anime IP.
5. User submissions & reports
If you contact support or report content, you grant us permission to use that information to investigate and improve the service. False reports or abuse of reporting tools may lead to account limits.
6. Advertising
The free experience may display third-party ads (including Google AdSense / AdMob). Ads are not endorsements. Premium may reduce or remove ads where available.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every wallpaper is free of defects, or that results will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anime4KWall and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend access for Terms violations, legal risk, or extended inactivity. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
